The entire production line includes cutting, cleaning, blanching, cooling, quick freezing, packaging and other functional modules. It is made of SUS304 stainless steel and has the characteristics of high automation, low energy consumption and easy cleaning.

Quick Frozen Salad Line Process Flow:

Raw material lifting → cleaning and peeling → cutting and sorting → blanching and killing → cooling → vibration dehydration → fluidized freezing → packaging (optional)

Core features of single quick freezing tunnel freezer

  • Efficient freezing performance: temperature range: -35°C ~ -40°C (adjustable); freezing time: 5~30 minutes (adjusted according to product thickness and thermal conductivity); freezing capacity: 300kg/h ~ 5000kg/h (customizable)
  • Advanced airflow system: multiple air outlets supply air evenly to ensure that cold air penetrates the product layer to avoid uneven local freezing. The wind speed can be adjusted to adapt to different product characteristics.
  • Modular structure design: stainless steel material meets food grade hygiene standards (304/316L), corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The segmented insulation layer reduces cold loss and energy consumption. And the tunnel length can be flexibly adjusted according to production capacity requirements.
  • Automatic control: real-time monitoring of temperature, wind speed, conveyor speed and other parameters. With a fault self-detection system, it can automatically alarm and prompt to reduce downtime
