  • Raw Material Pretreatment: Bubble or drum washers are used to remove sediment and surface residue (customizable high-pressure spray systems are available).
  • Cutting: A conveyor belt feeds the raw material evenly to the cutting machine, with the cutter adjusted to fit (diced, sliced, or stripped).
  • Blanching: Steam or hot water blanching (85–100°C) with adjustable time. Optional color preservatives are added. Conveyor belt temperature control is synchronized.
  • Vibration Draining: Surface moisture is removed after cooling, reducing subsequent freezing energy consumption.
  • IQF (Individual Quick Freezing): Fluidized bed freezer (-30°C to -40°C) is used for freezing in 3–15 minutes.
  • Packaging and Storage: Automatic packaging machines (bags/boxes) are available, with optional vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging.
