2. Tunnel Freezing Section: This section is made up of an insulation layer, a refrigeration unit, and an air circulation system. The refrigeration unit comprises a compressor, condenser, and evaporator, while the air circulation system includes several fans and ducts for air movement.

3. Discharge Mechanism: Similar to the feeding system, a conveyor belt is used to transport the frozen lumpia out of the equipment. Some models may also incorporate quality inspection mechanisms.

 

4. Control System: The equipment operates on a PLC automation system, allowing operators to set parameters via a touchscreen or computer interface. This system enables real-time monitoring of the equipment's operational status, including temperature variations and equipment malfunction alerts.
