Strawberry Blast Freezing Machine Work

The equipment can reduce the central temperature of food to below the freezing point in a short time. Through rapid freezing, the water in the strawberry can quickly form tiny ice crystals, minimizing the damage of ice crystals to the cell structure of the strawberry.

The working process generally uses the low temperature generated by the refrigeration system to circulate cold air in the quick-freezing chamber through fans and other devices. The strawberries are surrounded by cold air on the conveyor belt or at a specific position in the quick-freezing chamber, and the temperature is quickly reduced.

The refrigeration system in the strawberry blast freezer allows the interior of the device to reach a lower temperature, usually the evaporation temperature can be as low as - 32℃ or even lower, so as to quickly freeze the strawberries. When the strawberries are discharged, the temperature can reach around - 18℃.

 

During the working process of the strawberry quick freezer, the strawberries are floated on the stainless steel mesh belt through mechanical vibration and wind pressure, which can quickly freeze the strawberry monomers to prevent adhesion.
